We appreciate your honest and sincere feeback. Please allow me to explain our inability to show up to your roof inspection, which does not happen very often. Preceding your call we had the largest rain and thunder storm of the year. In a 72 hour period we had nearly 50 emergency roof leak repair or inspection requests. We are a medium sized company and at the moment I am the only residential estimator. We truly did our best to respond to a massive surge of people that needed our help "right now," but missed a few things in the flurry. These types of situations are unfortunate but do however help us to grow and become better contractors and roof service providers. I do apologize for the mistake and wish you the best.
