My husband and I were forced into a vehicle we didn't want a few years ago due to an unfortunate circumstance. For the past 2 years we've been trying to get out of that vehicle and into something with a lower payment and more fuel economic. We've been to Youngblood 2 or 3 times to try and get rid of our truck and it just wasn't the right timing for either party. Last night my husband and I went up to the dealership and tried again. We were met by Glenn and Frank and we had the most pleasant experience. Glenn was very direct and didn't beat around the bush trying to butter us up. He knew the cars, he knew the process and we got started right away. I was very impressed with how smooth the process went this time, considering we've dealt with one or two others before. Frank was very friendly and even though new to the dealership, was helpful and got along great with my husband. We finalized everything after the detail shop had closed so I took the car back the next day and they got it detailed for me. While I was waiting I had my 6 year old daughter with me and Glenn even came over and shared his M&M candy with her. I'm not a very social person, but I must say, working with these two gentlemen was an awesome car buying experience.

Very good experience with buying my used vehicle. The salesperson Greg B was very helpful and patient. When I decided to buy the car was serviced and detailed quickly and the money transaction went quickly.

I bought a 2014 Kia Soul from Youngblood Auto on 7 Feb 2014. The sales person I worked with, Joe Blottenberger, was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive to my needs. Outstanding customer service, no pressure, no hassle, and made my buying experience very easy and stress free. A+ all around for Joe. I also received the same courteous treatment from the finance person, Coleman Kappelman. He explained everything to me in detail and in a way that I was easily able to understand, and again, no pressure and was extremely friendly and courteous. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone.....an overall very positive experience!!! Thanks again guys!!! :)

I always have had a great experience when I go to buy a new car at Youngblood. They are very nice and don't high pressure you on their cars. The staff there is there to help you find just what you are looking for at a price that is in your budget. My salesman Jonathan Reyes was the most honest salesman I have every met. All of the salesmen have always treated me like I was there only customer. I would recommend them very highly in knowledge, courtesy. Scott Burns their finance manager was very helpful and explained all the paperwork to me in a very timely manner. Thank you Youngblood for hiring helpful and responsible people to work at your lot. I am a single middle-aged women, who works a regular 9 to 5 job and doesn't make a lot of money. Worked at the same place for 25 years. Need a great deal at a great price....that is exactly what i received last Saturday at Youngblood. Excellent experience from start to finish. CLAYTON DAVIS met us on the lot and from that moment made my family and I feel as though helping us get my new car was the most important business that he was going to conduct. He did not try to rush me , listened to my want and needs , ( it was very important to get a mid-size car that had a HUGE TRUNK for my mothers wheelchair.) Pricing that i was sure I could afford and the warrenty. I fell in love with my KIA OPTIMA and drove away with it in less then 4 hours. With less payment then what I had stated and an almost 0% percent interest rate and no trade-in ...plus 20 warrenty GREAT. If your looking for a new car go to YOUNGBLOOD ask for CLAYTON DAVIS and enjoy your buying experience. He really listens and helps make you feel comfortable. Also, The KIA assistant sales manager STACY SPENNY was terrific. THANKS GUYS I THINK YOU ARE GREAT

The service dept. is always friendly and ready to please. They explain what they have done and offer special services when available. The customer shuttle van is also much appreciated! The waiting area is comfortable and offers refreshments while I wait. I purchased my Kia Soul in June 2013 and have had an oil change 4 times since. Every experience has been top notch! Thank you and keep up the good work.
