Google makes mistake in their offer of alternate search languages for Malaysians.

If you are a Singaporean and you set English as your default search engine language, Google offered you 3 other languages, i.e. Mandarin, Malayu and Tamil.

But if you are a Malaysian and you set English as your default search engine language, Google assume you are Malays and offered only Malayu language.
Google seems not to know the composition of demographic of Malaysia.

You can see the difference in the attached 2 screenshots when i switched my regions to Malaysia and Singapore.

In Singapore, the ethnic composition is Chinese 74%, Malays 13% & Indians 9%. Yet, all the races got their languages offered by Google. Moreover Singaporeans don't even have Chinese schools, Malay schools or tamil schools. They only have national schools that use primarily English.

In Malaysia the ethnic composition is Malay 69%, Chinese 23% & Indians 7%. Yet Google offers only Malayu language for the Malays. They don't offer mother tongues to other ethnic groups. Even more, in Malaysia, we have national schools in Malayu language, Chinese schools and Indians schools. The minorities are definitely using their mother tongues, yet they are not being offered their languages for search.

WHY?

Actually the solution is simple. Just switch your region settings to Singapore and you have all three languages offered as alternative search languages.

Has Google just removed its most useful webpage https://finance.google.com/finance ? This is the old page that provide comprehensive and concise financial statements. you can look at the financial performance, trend and financial position of a company from various angles and have a complete financial views of a company. It is really useful. But Google just removed it.

The new google finance is useless. You cannot see useful financial indicators to make investment decision. They give quick glance of partial view that lead to wrong financial decision. For instance, they provide you cash in hand without giving you the information of borrowing and net debt. So you are misled into believing the balance sheet of the company is strong. Don't use the financial section of the new Google Finance.

Aurora over White Dome Geyser
Sometimes both heaven and Earth erupt. Colorful auroras erupted unexpectedly a few years ago, with green aurora appearing near the horizon and brilliant bands of red aurora blooming high overhead. A bright Moon lit the foreground of this picturesque scene, while familiar stars could be seen far in the distance. With planning, the careful astrophotographer shot this image mosaic in the field of White Dome Geyser in Yellowstone National Park in the western USA. Sure enough, just after midnight, White Dome erupted—spraying a stream of water and vapor many meters into the air. Geyser water is heated to steam by scalding magma several kilometers below, and rises through rock cracks to the surface. About half of all known geysers occur in Yellowstone National Park. Although the geomagnetic storm that created these aurorae has since subsided, eruptions of White Dome Geyser continue about every 30 minutes.

Yellowstone National Park: www.nps.gov/yell/index.htm

Yellowstone National Park is a national park located primarily in the U.S. state of Wyoming, although it also extends into Montana and Idaho. It was established by the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President Ulysses S. Grant on March 1, 1872. Yellowstone, the first National Park in the U.S. and widely held to be the first national park in the world, is known for its wildlife and its many geothermal features, especially Old Faithful Geyser, one of the most popular features in the park. It has many types of ecosystems, but the subalpine forest is the most abundant. It is part of the South Central Rockies forests ecoregion. (Source: Wikipedia)

Innovation is not always about new features, new looks, new platform, new apps, etc.

True innovation is about consistency, quality, reliability, safe ecology free of virus malware and hacker, self maintained OS, constant improvement of familiar features, very well selection of revolutionary new features without sacrificing familiarity, allowing users to optimise productivity through familiarity yet giving that touch of inspiring revolutionary change. This, is innovation.

Only Apple had done that. From a satisfied owner of iPhone SE, 4 and 3.
Apple’s iPhone 7 will be super limited in stores and all jet black models are sold out

ULA Atlas V Rocket Launch: Long Exposure | NASA OSIRIS-REx
This 3-minute single exposure shows the first stage of Atlas V flight, sending the OSIRIS-REx on an initial trajectory almost due east from Florida. The United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket successfully powered NASA's OSIRIS-REx Asteroid Sample Return Mission to Earth orbit. The OSIRIS-REx spacecraft will arrive at the asteroid Bennu in 2018 to gather samples before returning to Earth in 2023.

Google spreadsheet is not designed for speed entry of financial numbers and construction of financial model.
- you can't add a row quickly. you need to move your mouse to the
- you can't zoom in and out without affecting menu size or without changing font size.

It is simply not meant for quick financial modeling.

It seems like it is a spreadsheet for database management.
