Took the girlfriend here a few months back, she loved it. I am writing this review in good faith that tonight will be set well. Great restaurant.

We had a great time here. The food was great, and the service excellent. Our waitress was fun to talk with, and the manager came out to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The dinning room is large and open, but very nice.

It's okay but you wait so long to get your food. We had FOUR people and it took them 1 1/2 hours to get our food that's way to long.

Horrible service and the food wasn't better. Our waiter refused to take our order, served someone else who was seated behind us, and was pretty much awol. The food was edible but not very good. Olive Garden is by far a superior experience. Save your hard earned cash and forget this place.

This was a first visit for my daughter and I for our weekly mommy daughter date night- and while the food was good I do not think we will be returning. We were seated immediately after arriving, which was nice considering most places like this there tends to be a wait, and when you are dining with children who are already hungry being seated quickly has its perks. However, we were simply just seated. No server came to table to offer us water, bread, review the menu, etc. We sat and watched others be seated, others give their orders, and others enjoy their company of what seemed to look like good food. We sat....and sat.....and sat....and sat- after sitting for 15 minutes and NO ONE coming to our table I went and asked the hostess if perhaps she could find out server as we had not been waited on and had no water, my daughter was thirsty and hungry at this point- and we had more than enough time we were ready to acutally order. The hostess provided our water and bread while waiting for our waiter to appear. When the waiter did finally come to the table, he offered no apologetic response to our wait nor did he seem to even care- he was very rude in his response stating "I assume you are ready to order"- which was the only thing he said when he came to the table. I said yes as we had waited for quite a while. After placing our order, my daughter needed to use the bathroom, I asked our waiter before he left our table where such was, when he pointed us in the direction of them, I left my keys on the table- signalling my return and someone was sitting at the table and took my daughter to the rest room. We were in the restroom MAYBE 2 whole minutes and when we returned to our table it had been cleared- including my keys. I was approached and told what had occured and that they were in the process of resetting the table for us, I asked about my keys which were gone as well and after about 5 minutes they were relocated and returned to me. When our food arrived I was so upset and dissatisfied it was hard to really enjoy it as by this time it was later than when we started and I was ready to just go home- I agree with other reviews thta the food was good, I ordered a chicken cesear salad and my daughter just had the spaghetti (I will say I think they serve children portions too hot for consumption and perhaps should allow them time in preparation for such- the spaghetti was steaming when it was sat down- which yes otherwise is great, however, when its for a small child, that is already hungry the last they want to do is wait for it to cool when it arrives) After eating, I requested to speak to a MGR about my distraught of this vist, we waited about 5 minutes and no mgr came to speak so I gave up and just left. I called the next day to speak with the mgr about my negative experience, he didn't seem to bothered or even caring of the situation- he offered a gift certificate towards the end of our conversation, I provided him my address and phone number, he stated he would call to follow up a few days later to ensure I got the certifcate. A week call ever came to follow up, no certificates have arrived in the mail. I phoned again, since his follow up never came through, his claim was he got busy and would put them in the mail....2 weeks have gone by and still nothing has arrived in the is good but service is horrible!!! I will not be returning as clearly this establishment does not value its customers!

If we're talking chain Italian, Romano's is exponentially better than Olive Garden, but not as good as Carrabba's. In terms of price, it's in the middle. Overall, pretty good Italian food and definitely worth a try.

The peasant bread was very good, but we felt from the moment we arrived that our waiter was trying to push us out the door. We had ordered an appetizer of roasted vegetables; it was very flavorful but was just barely warm. My wife ordered shrimp alfredo; this is a simple dish for a chain restaurant but her shrimp was very overcooked which made them very rubbery. I had pasta with a tomato sauce. As soon as we received our entrees, our waiter came by with the bill. If you are in this area, I would recommend Bravo or Olive Garden. Both include the salads in the price and both have far better service.
