To defeat the extremists for good, Muslims must reject those aspects of their tradition that prompt some believers to resort to oppression and holy war.

Gun shots, bloodshed, refugee camps, hatred, basically anything that says ‘war’ - would probably scare away millions of us who have never seen that side of life...

They will try to defame me as they tried with other figures in history who fought for the oppressed. But remember this about me. I sacrifice for the weak and suffering all my life.

Bourne: I don't want to do this anymore.

Conklin: I don't think that's a decision you can make.

Bourne: Jason Bourne is dead. Do you hear me? He drowned two weeks ago. You're gonna go tell them Bourne is dead. Understand?

Conklin: Where are you gonna go?

Bourne: I swear, if I even feel somebody behind me there is no measure to how fast and how hard I will bring this fight to your doorstep. I'm on my own side now.
Bragging rights
I survived poverty, discrimination, and oppression in America to do what many said was impossible. My past friend, Ameera Mohammed once said, someone should make a movie of my life bc of everything I survived. I rather see a movie change the world for humanity's benefit.

The school is not an international school, but an Islamic school. Courses are taught by book, without a curriculum, like parroting which consequentially and detrimentally affects the quality of the education. One classroom had the racial slur "Niggaz stop hatin" which offended me though I am not African American. Nevertheless it was a statement contrary to education's purposes of instilling respect and tolerance for other minority groups. It wasn't removed from the classroom until two semesters and many complaints later. Also, sometimes the roofs leak with water next to electrical sockets, and likewise, it takes a long duration of time to patch up such hazardous risks to teachers and students' welfare. Additionally, classrooms are ram packed with 20 to 30 students, diminishing quality and augmenting severe disruptions. The students who are disruptive are usually reprimanded , but tribal affiliations is exigent in determining who gets punished and how severe the punishment shall be. For example, one student threatened to shoot me, turned off the lights of the classroom, spit water on another student, slapped a different student; all within a time span of 15 minutes after being returned several times by the hall monitors, after being removed for each preceding respective infraction of classroom rules. When my complaint of this disturbing behavior was pushed to the administration more firmly after the class, a couple replied to ignore this because his tribe would shoot me if I made the issue any larger. I stopped complaining. While working at this school, the school bus supervisor felt it was funny to sexually molest and make sexually homosexual jokes to his staff, including me on several occasions. No. I am not joking. He allowed me to take several pictures and videos of this behavior, which is even more stupid in addition to disgusting. When I became Muslim, my father told me that I would never be equal to other Muslims in the eyes of Arab Muslims because I am not an Arab.I lost my father and my father's side of the family after reverting. It has been six years since becoming Muslim, and I am glad to say that he was wrong. However, at this school, my father was right. I was reprimanded for things other teachers with seniority could do constantly. And I was always indoctrinated into how to be a Muslim though such indoctrination by staff was contrary to the Quran. For instance , the principal called me into his office to demand I remove my silver chain with the name of Allah on it because it was a sin. I refused. Another thing to be concerned about is the lack of integrity for the grading. I gave an 18/20 to one of my 6th grade students, the daughter of the English department head, without knowing the repercussions. The English department head screamed and threatened me in front of 3 students and other faculty. She ended the crescendo by cupping her hands and fingers into a cup and stating "I know what to do. Just wait!" A while later the principal called me into his office, and asked me to change the grade of that 6th grade student. I refused. He sent me to the owner or chairman of the school. This man informed me that he sent an email to all of my 6th grade students to announce a make-up test would be given by me later. I was appalled! Finally, and most importantly, after working for more than a year, I was never given a work contract. And when I publicly complained about the unfair treatment I was receiving , the school withheld my salary until I signed a letter relinquishing my rights against the school. Then they fired me! It is important to note, that I earlier mentioned that I signed the termination of my rights contract. But I didn't. I signed in Chinese "I do not agree" But they couldn't tell the difference between my actual signature, and Chinese writing. My advice is be careful of this place.

This school has a reputation as being the worst in Jordan. And for good reasons. The bottom section of the school for the younger children , run by a female supervisor, is good. Students are very well behaved here at the school. However, the upper grades supervised by males, on the floors above, is horrendous! The school is dirty, some courses are given without books, the smell of sewage sometimes seeps into the air on the girls side of the international section grades 9-12, some teachers engage in group bullying behavior against staff (anti-Americanism is overt) and consequentially this influences the students to do the same to each other (I also witnessed several students slapped, pushed, and slammed onto desks and floors by administration at the school) , and there is no curriculum nor syllabuses for courses. They teach from the book without comprehension of the concepts required to be taught, sort of like parroting. Grades are also entered callously into the EduWave grading system with huge questions pertaining to their veracity and integrity. The biology teacher for upper grades (9-12) girls international section, on the top floor, thinks every foreigner is a spy for Israel, the principal for the international girl's section on the same floor (grades 9-12) is a close friend of the biology teacher and refers to American teachers who equally condemn the killing of Israeli and Palestinian children as a REAL terrorist (you should only condemn the deaths of Palestinian children as wrong). And offers of free SAT courses on the weekends by any teacher is frowned upon, because several instructors at the school have an institute which is connected to the chairman of the school, in which they push the students toward for exorbitant prices. The chairman of the school has recently filed court litigation cases against former "American" expat employees for frivolous determinants. One for missing a few days of work. Another for leaving work 30 days before the completion of his contract. A third American employee was first hired, then told the school reconsidered its decision after revealing her religion (Buddhism). Some feel the chairman manipulates the legal machinery such as the immigration police, civil courts, and more connections to intimidate or extort any outspoken complaining employees. He has been heard by a couple employees bragging about his connections within the government and how he bribes his way out of everything.. He also looks for any way to squeeze money , the easy way, via employees of his who he dislikes , is too honest, or leaves the school. Additionally, he does not give contracts as he promises to his employees and reneges on promises. Also, it is the norm for unexplained deductions from one's salary to occur. For two months, my salary was deducted by an increment of 70 JDs without reason. Promises to reimburse me were never met by the chairman. Finally, my last month's salary after termination without reason nor notice (and after I filed formal complaints to entities within Jordan) was never paid. My summation, if I had children, I would be dead before admitting the precious seeds I bring into this world into this dangerously grotesque and disturbingly corrupt school. No way could I do that, and claim to love my children!
