+Daniel Baugh​ That's not remotely true, and makes me think you either haven't seen or don't remember much of TOS. Yes, there were many comic moments, as there were with all of the cast at some point. Most of the time, though, he was saving the ship or in the captain's chair making the tough calls.

I always wanted a piece of Star Trek and the Disney Monorail in my house, and one thing they have in common is that they both have automatic sliding doors. It would be the perfect, most geek-ified entryway for my bedroom.

A lot of fan productions indeed. Sadly the picture is just off the sidebar not the article! I think this is a really big project and something not attempted which gives it a USP. It's not just x starship on y mission but a whole bigger picture.
