I'd love to see bryon adams wield his smoker and mash tun to make an imperial smoked stout with home-smoked grain. Obligatory transcendant ribs would also be included. Beefcake!

Craig I'm ready to make hard cider but I have a question about the sugar I can use. I have a lot of Mr. Beer Booster packets (355 grams each) and was wondering if i could use them instead of dextrose. I was planning on using 1 packet per gallon of hard cider.
Booster™ is made from corn syrup solids, and is ideally suited for use as a brewing adjunct. It provides a full and balanced range of both fermentable and unfermentable sugars that is designed to mimic the carbohydrate profile of all-malt wort, consisting of 8% glucose, 56% maltose, 16% maltotriose, and 20% dextrins.
