There's been an update. Found wife of my John Lott of Warrosquyouke. He married Johanna Medhurst in England. This is truly a break through for Lott researchers. #Genealogy

This is one of the best and most comprehensive plant nurseries in our area. If they don't have the plant, probably no one else will. We've always gotten very good service from them too.

The school used to be first rate but now is being run by a liberal priest. He's appointing very strange teachers that are abusive to children. DO NOT PUT YOUR KIDS IN THIS SCHOOL! We now have our loved one in the Baptist School in Port Charlotte.

Over crowded, disorganized staff, food was ordinary, baked potato undercooked, hamburger steak and salmon steak tasteless and overcooked, no real butter or sour cream, non existent atmosphere, service REALLY slow. We'll pass this one by next time.

(My husband visited the restaurant 9-13-2014 and wrote this review for TripAdvisor.) Had lunch at J & B with friends in our bike riding group. It was a ride of over 70 miles to get there but we had been told that the food would be worth it. The restaurant is located in a strip mall near the center of town with plenty of parking available. We were greeted immediately with a friendly smile upon entering and were shown to a table. The interior has an unusual layout with partitions that allow for some privacy while dining and also cuts down on noise. Our very helpful waitress came promptly and took our orders. I chose the Scallops with a roasted vegetable medley of zucchini, squash, broccoli and onions as a side. Others in the group had T-bone steaks and the Red Snapper fillet. The wait for our meal seemed a bit long but it did allow for conversation that was made easy by the quiet atmosphere. The meal was worth the wait. The Scallops were excellent, tender and sweet and cooked just right. The vegetables were cooked to just the right tenderness and had a very pleasant seasoning. Others in our group expressed their satisfaction with the tender steaks and the very fine Snapper fillet was rated as excellent. Prices here are moderate to a bit high for the area but we all felt that we had gotten our money's worth. Will definitely be back.
