Creative flavors like salted caramel & honey lavender made of dairy from hormone-free cows.- Google
"The salted caramel, maple walnut, Theo chocolate, strawberry."
"Honey lavender or strawberry balsamic are great on a warm summer day."

TL;DR: Delicious, get a split single scoop, hard to find parking, still worth it! Very good ice cream!! The flavors are cool and unique and the staff is happy to help you pick flavors and give recommendations. I would split a single scoop and get two flavors! We did strawberry balsamic and chocolate and it was amazing. Parking is really hard to find at night so make sure you leave some extra time to find parking! Or send in someone you really trust to grab the ice cream while you drive around.

Just moved here from NC and i gotta say this is by far the best ice cream I've ever had. I cook for a living and I'm a big girl too so I know my treats. I love that it's not too sweet and you can taste the cream and different ingredients. It's absolutely amazing and worth it. Scout mint is my favorite, im so glad I found this place.

This ice cream is some of the best in Seattle! They have unique flavors that are almost all incredibly delicious. I would definitely recommend the balsamic strawberry. It is something you won't find anywhere else and is amazing in flavor. There will most likely be a line when you go but it is totally worth it.

Absolutely delicious ice cream served by hipsters. Make sure to bring your wire rim specs here so you can fit in when trying the vegan flavored or the balsamic strawberry. The waffle cones are definitely worth the upgrade price. Even a small come is huge here. Feel free to try several flavored first, though every one I've had has been excellent.

Cute but overrated on quality, flavor, and price. The ice cream Canterbury's compete with stoe bought Haggendaz, Tallentini, or Ben and Jerry's.

I had the Stumptown coffee in a waffle cone and loved it like the last time I was in town, my wife had salted carmel in a waffle cone and didn't like it so much. I agreed the salty over powered the carmel, which the carmel was strong too. Was better when eating the cone, but wouldn't get it again. Amazing overall though.

10/10 would eat too much ice cream again. I normally don't go out for ice cream because the cost is so high for anything decent. Well, I was in the area with a friend and we decided to stop by for some ice cream. The line was out the door, so this place was poppin'. I got the scout mint double scoop in their freshly-made waffle cone. The flavour was out of this world and the pricing was great too. Definitely my favorite ice cream place now.

Great choices. Great service. Free samples. Excellent little ice cream parlor. Be aware that this particular location is very small, and seats about 15 people max.
