Hanson Search CEO Alice Weightman has joined the 30% Club, strengthening her commitment to improving gender diversity in the higher ranks of business.

This comes as a natural step for Alice, who has long been involved in equality initiatives, particularly gender equality in the PR and communications industry.

We recently hosted an event on the value diversity in business, chaired by our MD Andrew Mason.

The event brought together media, digital, and talent experts Annette Frem of The Changement Consultancy; Jennifer Gabrielle-Chapman of GroupM; and Beckie Akers of Cohn & Wolfe, EMEA; all of whom are experimenting with new approaches to equality and diversity.

There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach -- we discussed different approaches and their various challenge and impacts on business, providing practical tips for anyone to adapt and replicate.
