Awesome video!! Try the stitching just as you would cross lase a shoe. It helps when it is only a one person operation. First cross lase it and then tug it all together to close the birds.

Story
Introduction
You can know more about me by visiting my personal website.

I am a Training and Development professional with over 7 years of experience. This is during my over 12 years of experience with the service industry and in the customer service field.

I have trained, coached and mentored youth, young adults and experienced adults of diverse backgrounds in international audiences.

I created the SriLankan Airlines' (Sri Lanka) in house Train the Trainer program in 2009 and received the endorsement of the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka which enabled the airline to conduct the program to pilots, cabin crew and engineers who come under strict monitoring of international regulatory organizations such as IATA and ICAO. This contribution eliminated the high cost of enrolling employees for Train the Trainer programs at external institutions.

I was also instrumental in establishing and further continued to manage the day to day operations of the SriLankan Airlines Airport Service College; a commercial training arm SriLankan Airlines. It increased  the airline's revenue by an equivalent of approximately 70,000/= Canadian dollars per year. In addition it reduced the recruitment costs and time. This contribution was also recognized by the airline with an award, the 2nd Runner-Up of SriLankan Achiever of the Year 2005.

I have a passion for training and helping professions especially when it involves youth and young adults, as the set of challenges are quite unique.
