I have gone in weekdays at lunch time and a few minutes before they close. No difference. I consistently have to wait in line way too long. The "express" line is a total joke. It's to the point that I almost always avoid shopping here. It's a nice concept, but it doesn't stand out enough to convince me to wait in line roughly twice as long as Whole Foods or HEB.

Worst customer service ever. They cant find a single product in their own store. I prefer the one on 620 is better

The best grocery store in town! They have the most variety I have ever seen! You can find everything you need for an all natural diet here! I love this grocery store! The staff at the bakery and carniceria are awesome! The ladies at the check out counter are also always very friendly and quick! I shop here every week and find it well worth my time! It is the only place where I have ever found sugar free dark chocolate covered raisins...mmmm! I love their cheese and pate selection as well! All around, a great grocery store.

I am a regular customer, but wanted to comment on a positive experience I had on Monday, June 9, at the Sprouts Round Rock, Texas location. It was not raining when I went into the store, but exiting, it was raining rather hard. I started to my car, and soon after, there was a store employee, named Anthony, who came to share his umbrella with me as I needed to put my purchases in my car. He stayed until I was finished with that task, and continued to shield me from the rain until I was back in my car. I thought it was an exceptional show of thoughtfulness by Anthony--by his sensitivity of noticing my situation--he seemed glad to be able to of help--what a great person to have working for you.

Good overall selection of bulk, organic, produce and meats. Very pricey on the meat side - produce costs are reasonable. Many other dietary restriction foods and sections for those who have specific needs [i.e. gluten free ]

Where I go when I don't want to: battle the masses at HEB, drive down to Central Market or over to Whole Foods. Always a nice relaxed atmosphere here and it never seems overcrowded even when it is across the highway at HEB. Produce is always fresh and well stocked. If I want to make a quick meal I'll pick up some of their pollo asado - chicken thighs marinated in their adobo-like sauce. They have chicken, pork and beef chorizo which is pretty good although not as spicy as a I prefer. I try to avoid the milk chocolate covered almonds in the bulk bins for my own good.

This place is amazing, it's like whole foods without the high prices and smug attitude. I only buy boxed goods here if I don't have time to go elsewhere because they are marked up but the vegetables and fruits are very competitively priced and usually higher in quality. Also their employees are considerably nicer and must be treated well because it shows in how they treat the customer.

Always a bit pricey, but well worth it. Staff is very friendly. Lots and lots of excellent choices if you are looking for something healthy.
