Found from a local. Excellent! Best green chilie I have had in a very long time-maybe ever. Not for Gringas though but I understand they have a less atomic version for the uninitiated. Fast service. Decor is local watering hole but who cares when you get great food and service.

Hard to believe some of the reviews here. I have been going here about once every couple months for the past 14 years. The staff is always polite, and the food is fantastic. I drive up from Albuquerque with my wife just to eat breakfast or lunch. Really don't like to drive that far for a meal, but it's worth it. Our favorite place to eat. The flavor of the red and green are both awesome.

A friend told me they had fantastic green chile cheese burgers. They sure do. I didn't call ahead and walked in to wait 20 minutes before the girl behind the counter looked at me. (they were a little busy) By the time i walked out, i smelled like i was deep fried. The girl managing the front has very very poor customer skills. I ordered my food to go and ate in my office. My office smelled smoky as did i the rest of the afternoon. The place did look a little run down, looking at the seat part of the booths and the few that i saw were sunken in. One heck of a burger though. I'd love to have another, I've just not gone back because i don't want to smell like fried food. Wasn't sure how many stars to give. The food...5 stars; the environment/service...1 star.

The food here is always low grade, soaked in oil and just poor quality ingredients. The Chile sauce is excellent, if only the food was purchased and cooked with as much flavor. This is Th

Delicious food but for some reason we were denied straws. Maybe he's a straw nazi, like Seinfeld's soup nazi.

I think Horseman's Haven is fuxxing gross, but the locals swear by this place. If you order green chile here, tell them you want it gringo hot. I got the level 5 once, in the morning, and was still sick the next day. This is me talking.
