Not impressed. Not worth the money. Called to speak to the manager about my experience and his response was "I'm sorry about that" with no care at all about the horrible cold food. For a first time customer my first impression of this restaurant is not what I expected. Definitely not going back!!

Pretty disapointed, I read the good reviews on here and decided to give it a try, I placed an order for delivery, and it took an hour and a half for it to get here, and it looks like someone had picked off some toppings (gross) and the box was already opened. And the pizza was cold.

First time going to Palio's, I think it is new to the area. I ordered a large greek pizza, and it is absolutely fantastic. The ingredients are very fresh and good, and the crust is nice and light. This isn't your normal over cheesed and greasy pizza, this is good gourmet pizza. Pricey for the size compared to your average pizza joint, but the premium is well worth it.

Pizza - especially "the club" is great, best in Allen that I've found. Also like their spagetti, sauce is very good.
