It's busy every Friday night & busier Saturday nights. The security guards can be cool, expect to get what you give (so be nice). This past Saturday (5/9/15) I'd say had over 200 people at midnight. Prices are average for downtown bars. Girls only on the bar, but the bar tenders can entertain you. There's a back bar & beer tub (made out of a real truck bed) open weekend nights, which helps if you want a quick drink. All ages until 7pm with a bar restaurant (limited choices, yet some of the food is pretty good). Most people enjoy their time there & they now have a couple of pool tables. Each Coyote Ugly is a little different (atmosphere, girls, security, music, crowd, food) YMMV.

The atmosphere was okay. We thought we were overcharged and it took them 30 minutes to explain that the drinks were $14 for a double. The manager gave us a free round of shots. The math still did not make sense, but we felt like it was in our best interest to move along. There are plenty of bars to go to. Avoid this place.

Nothing. Rude service. Over zealous bouncers. Overall bad experience for first time in nashville. Many other bars way better

Probably one of the last places left in Nashville where you can still smoke cigarettes. Coyote Ugly is trying very desperately to hold onto an idea that was once popular amongst drunken bachelorette parties. Maybe still is if you're under 25 and the idea do leaving your bra at a bar sounds appealing.

Bouncers were very rude. They gave me and my friends a hard time about all of our out of state ID's. He asked us all questions about them. Then got an attitude with us when we tried to tell him that we were all of age. We were obviously there for a bachelorette party, so one would expect us to be from out of town. None of the 15 people in our group will ever go back.

We visited for the weekend. One of the bartenders offered my son a body shot which he said if you want to give me one. At that point, she stated $20. We stated no it's not worth it. Another bartender slide across the bar accusing us of disrespecting the girl. Really because we didn't want to pay $20 for body shot that she offered. She was extremely rude. At the time, I called her a rude name which is what she was. At that time, they proceeded to kick us out of the bar. As we were walking to the door finishing our drinks, the bouncer proceeded to put his hands on my son. No need for that we were leaving. No wonder the place was dead when we arrived and seeing from the reviews other people must be treated the same. Will never go back there. All the other bars in Nashville were fun with nice, great service.

I will never waste my time or money at this place again..even if friends from out of town insist they want to go here. It started with the rudest jerk of a door man I have EVER seen, He repeatedly insulted my wife for being old and i don't mean "kidding" type insults. This guy has no business being the first person customers encounter. We had a party of 5..we had not been drinking and were not obnoxious in any way..but this guy should seek employment elsewhere. Didn't catch his name, but he was about a 6'5" 300# African-Amer. NFL lineman type. But it probably won't matter because on a night where every other place in Nashville was packed and happening--this place had 8 people in it and could not have been more boring or pathetic. The novelty from the movie is long gone....don't waste your time here.

WORST BAR EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I come in through the back door and the bouncer was messing around with someone so I walked right in. He comes up to me and tells me I have to go through the front. Ok so I leave and go through the front after the bouncer was being a pain with my Illinois ID I went in and the place is in some crappy basement I'm walking in and some girl says "hey you have to pay me" and I asked why? (Not knowing there's a cover) she said "uh cause I said so" so I walked right past her I to the bar only to be grabbed by a bouncer and kick me out without saying what I did as I kept asking him. Once I get to the stairs he calls me a jackass and said I can't come back. I left and my friends who I was meeting were all inside. They need WAY better service and employees. I'm glad I got kicked out before paying anything to the terrible bar. Lots of better places to go to
