Lets celebrate the awesome, lets be conscious when we celebrate the awesome, you'd be surprised by how keeping a tally for yourself makes the world more juicy and delicious.

Working on my LinkedIn profile, thought I should write some content specifically for it. Talking about asking good questions and a link to all my Lightspeed Magazine Author Spotlights.

I would like to get driving lessons through them, but their central office is too awful to deal with and there is no way of bypassing them. Their communication style and approach is rigid, obstructive, ridiculous in places, frustrating and has a poor understanding of what actually happens in their locations. Heck, even if they had the same ridiculous registration processes I'd still be less annoyed if the person on the phone had better customer service skills/training that involved actual field experience and mentoring to improve interpersonal skills. The idea of dealing with the central office again is sufficiently angering that I won't be going back. Sad really, the actual driving instructors seem super experienced, sweet, funny and charming.
