PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON THIS

This is HUGELY important, people. This is about medical professionals deciding that a disability rights advocate, who has autism and several other conditions, should be denied a feeding tube (which she should have gotten ages ago). Denying her this treatment is basically sentencing her to death.

Read the post. There's a phone number. And a contact form.

You know what to do.

Okay, so the people who live on the roads are actually clearing them because the RM's aren't doing it. Oh, but wait! The people in the new subdivision got their road done YESTERDAY!

This is absolutely ludicrous.

Facebook status update from our RM: "...there are now four graders out, dealing with getting stuck and 8 to 15 foot drifts. The operators continue to do their best with this storm. If you are able to travel, make sure that you have enough groceries, etc for the weekend. We cannot guarantee timeframes as to when people will be able to get out."

Also, from February 20: "would like you to be aware that clearing snow and placing it in the ditch across the road from your driveway is prohibited. This poses safety issues for our operators and the drivers of the municipal roads."

WHERE DO YOU THINK THE SNOW THE GRADERS PLOUGH ENDS UP? IN THE DITCH! Jerks.
