Annapolis Pregnancy Clinic
934 West St, Annapolis, MD 21401
This place is a scam. They're a category of Christian organization known euphemistically as a 'Crisis Pregnancy Center'. They're not a medical facility, they have no ultrasound machines nor the authorization to administer any tests or medical care outside of over-the-counter pregnancy tests. Their staff is not required to have any medical knowledge or training.

This type of clinic is notorious for lying to women about their pregnancies, about their bodies, and about their medical options. This particular location has been responsible for putting out literature in the nearby Barnes & Noble containing outright fiction that abortions result in "burned babies".

Repeat: this is NOT a medical facility. CPCs are notorious for unlawfully detaining women and reading scripture to them, trying to lie and bully them into forgoing an abortion for any purpose. They cannot and will not provide you with any pertinent help or information necessary to make an informed decision about the course of your pregnancy.

If you need help with either carrying a pregnancy to term or seeking abortion services, go to the Planned Parenthood across the street. Their fees are on a sliding scale based on income, they ARE a medical facility staffed by trained professionals who can administer an ultrasound or pregnancy test. They can help you obtain the medical care you need and want, whatever you need or want, without pressuring or lying to you. For both yourself, and for a baby if you choose to have one.

Some new art! Colored using the... computer! This is rather new to me, and if you wouldn't mind giving me input, I'd be very pleased!

What's that you say? Solar panels ugly? Au contrare, mon frere.

Yale Environment 360: U.S. scientists say that emerging photo-voltaic technologies will enable the production of solar shingles made from abundantly available elements rather than rare-earth metals, an innovation that would make solar energy cheaper and more sustainable.

The most claustrophobic little rooms and the very most precarious stacks of books. I absolutely adore it! You'll find a confounding selection of both truly ancient and obscure mixed with surprisingly new, all for used-bookstore prices. Grab a novel and head to the coffee shop nextdoor, you'll be in for a great afternoon! I've also had bookstore movers help me move, they're fantastic.

The baked goods here are some of the best I've ever had. Hands down. I'm not even vegan, and I'd go here before nearly any other bakery in the city it's that good. Proof that you don't need butter to make crumb-scrumptious cookies and tender cupcakes after all, just some Sticky Fingers magic. Though ok, it's a small bus-yourself kind of place, and not everyone buses themselves very effectively. But the decor is cute, there are plenty of seats (indoors and outdoors) free wifi... and the best cookies. Really I can't find anything to complain about.
