The tour here is allot of fun, and you learn quite a bit about the factory process. At the end, you get fresh pizza that tastes amazing!

Not Asian/ Chinese American Friendly! I will not be eating here again! While waiting for my order I couldn't help but notice the both offensive and racist way the managers of this place treat their employees and also how they take no regard to their customers with their extremely unprofessional work ethic. It seems that though they all have name tags that the employees of an Asian or Chinese ethnicity all get called chino or china at this place by both the Mexican-American manager as well as the Mexican-American employees! Oh and it does not stop there, one of the managers actually called chino to one of the employees and then grabbed the employee by the scruff of their collar to their shirt to pull him over to them. I am surprised these employees have not sued this place. I told all my family not to go here anymore and I have a very BIG family. The management here needs to learn a few things about customer service.

I recently went on the tour, you do need to book this in advance, they do not accept walk-ins. The tour costs $7+ depending on which tour you prefer (the difference is the "gifts" you get at the end.) Personally I think $7/person for this tour is over priced. You watch a 15-20 min video then go upstairs to watch the assemble line work for 5-7 min then back downstairs to the restaurant where you get a slice of pizza and a soda.

They offer tours, I guess to show off their slaves..... since none of the workers get paid, and if they don't work they get beaten by their slave masters.... GROW UP DAVE HEATHERLY! If the labor practices are so bad, then why didnt the Labor Board come in and support you? If its so dangerous, why hasnt OSHA come in to support you? These accusations are baseless. I think I will be eating more pizza from Palermos now. I dont appreciate trying to grocery shop at Outpost and having UNION GOONS harass me and my wife about your strike. You all have a right to get an education and work where you have irreplaceable skills. You also have the right to seek employment elsewhere. Of course, being the new members of THOSE unions, you would be first on the chopping block cause by lack of productivity due to the senior employees not doing their jobs, and being protected by the union..... Yeah, that sounds GREAT.... UNIONS KILL JOBS, and COMPANIES. Been there, done that... thank you very much.

Ok, everyone needs to educate themselves... The GOVERNMENT said Palermo's couldn't employ illegals anymore, so they complied. They even tried to get them documented. What do you want? They tied to help, but they can't break the law.
