+Kæde van Buuren since I didn't know what either looked like; I google imaged them CONKY definitely. So many mind blowing ideas and creativity; WOW, thanks for suggesting them. The clean look with no lines and it had everything I picture in my mind how I would want it to look. deviantART, BSDForen.de, lanrat, etc... Yea I think that will be my first task in my AL VB to set up. so many choices..

+Prashant Gupta yea I thought about that but for some reason while doing my research and trying to decide AL was just more luring. I think I will be able to deal with the learning curve... I'm gonna just keep reading and asking questions.. Thanks for the support...

In the next few days I'm planning on purchasing a 770 video graphics card for my build. I'm considering either the Nvidia 770 2GB. Tonight I seen a Zotac GeForce GTX770 4GB. If anyone have any suggestions on either of those or maybe a different; your input would be GREATLY appreciated.

First three weeks of Phase 1 is over I'm on phase 2; I went in too hard on the "bent-over barbell row", although I was able to complete my sets/reps I strained my lower back. Been icing it down and performing a lot of lower back stretches... Any suggestions I don't wanna miss out on my gym time.

I'd rest, or look at this as an opportunity to really tune up your diet then go back at it..

I'm trying to download Arch to virtualbox; when I get to this point. How do I get "root@archiso". What key do I press to continue the install?

I'm at the end of my computer build and the last item I have to get is my graphics card. I am planning on running AL as one of my OS's. Will using a nvidia GPU make a difference?
