I had my car taken to Sterling Autobody in San Antonio, Texas about a year ago, and they repaired everything but I did have to make a couple trips back because the headlights would not sit in the car properly. They were suppose to repair the housing on the headlights and a few other things. I recently (about a year from when my car was at Sterling) had my car taken to a different shop and when they took apart front of car they called me asking if I knew that everything underneath was held together with zip ties. You can imagine the shock. The headlight casings were broken and held back with zip ties, all of the bumper clips were broken off and tied on with zip ties, and other parts that were to be replaced were still broken. I called immediately and they would not call back, and when I eventually got a hold of someone they wouldn't say much of anything except that I had to talk to the insurance that handled it all. Whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! Unless you want them to charge for parts they never replaced because I am sure they think you will never find out.
