Jeff Fissel currently serves as Vice President of Business Development or Chief Hot Shot at KZO Innovations, depending on what side of his business card is viewed. KZO Innovations is a venture funded software development company which he co-founded in early 2007. Jeff initially stepped into sales role at KZO and sold their software package to several universities and also large enterprises such as Cisco Systems.

Before KZO Innovations, Jeff started a webcasting company while he was in college. He was able to hire many friends from school, and they traveled the world producing events. The scope of his work ranged from events in the White House to film festivals in Hollywood. The company generated over half a million dollars in revenue in the first two years of operation.

Prior to developing the webcasting company, Jeff worked for a non-profit company known as Kidz Online, which was dedicated to teaching underprivileged youth how to use technology. This effort began by going onsite to inner-city DC to train kids. This effort was developed into producing video on the world wide web as a much more scalable solution. Kidz Online had over 100,000 registered users on their site who benefited from these online training videos and curriculum.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from George Mason University in 2006. Jeff currently resides in the Greater Washington DC area.
