Ive been in the market looking to buy a new car and I was gonna give these guys a shot since they were closer to my work place. I work at a food restaurant and they called in for a delivery at their dealership so I asked my boss if I could take this delivery call since I wanted to checkout the cars they have and how their service is. I arrived at their dealership and asked the person at the front desk who's name was John (I believe). if anyone ordered food from our restaurant. His reply to me was "no, never we don't eat shitty food" ,"Get that food outta here", " Don't bring that shitty food near me". Now of course he's not directly disrespecting me but a person should realize that no food is shitty and I am sure he would value any food when he wouldn't have anything to eat. Which I pray to god that never happens to him or anyone. Although they were his colleagues who ordered food from us and I was simply doing my job delivering their food to them.. That comment of his simply changed my mind about taking my business to them because a business is represented by people who work their and having someone like that at the front desk isn't really gonna help their honest business. I am sure if I went their as a customer which I was planning to do later on his behavior would have been more pleasant but then again I wouldn't wana take my business at some place where they don't treat you nicely if you aren't giving them your money.

The service center is a complete rip off. Took my car to the service a few times since the repairs were under warranty, each time I took my car there they would claim the car is covered by the warranty then right after the work is one they still try to charge for the repair anyway or they will charge me for something I don't even need. Also they can never keep their word. Last Friday I dropped off my car for some minor repairs and spoke to Tamikiel I told her it was very important that I get my car back soon and asked how long it would take, she said she'd let me know later in the afternoon how long. Despite numerous phone calls and messages she still hasn't called me back nor will any one else there answer my question. I still don't have my car yet either.

Addie and Rich in the used car division were wonderful. Addie and Rich worked very hard to make sure that I got the car that I could afford and something that I loved. They followed up with me and guided me and explained everything to me in detail. Addie even helped me get insurance to make sure I was ok. I would recommend Garden City Jeep to anyone there is no better dealership.

ATTENTION BUYERS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN A PARTICULAR VEHICLE AND DON'T LIVE WITHIN A REASONALBE DISTANCE FROM GARDEN CITY DODGE. Okay, we all get it. You guys have an issue with selling to people that happen to live in Massachusetts and don't have the time nor the inclination of traveling twice(once to sign paperwork and then again 3 weeks later to pick up the car) to purchase a car from you. You guys lost a sale from this policy that seems like some sort of made up rule based on Massachusetts being a common law state. How does common law affect selling to MA residents? They couldn't really explain it other to say that it was against the law with in transit plates. What? Here's the rub. Other dealers do it! How do they do it and manage to set up registration so that we don't even have to go to a DMV without us ever laying eyes on the vehicle. All from a state across the country! Interesting. Sorry you guys lost a sale and a probably a customer for life.

Back and forth with this company at the moment. The only trustworthy person there seems to be Richi. Straight up and honest. I won't get into much detail now but will be writing a full detailed review in my experience there, including working with the Used sales manager TOM. I'll also be uploading detailed pictures of the "certified" vehicle I purchased from them and will be linking you to other users comments from active forums on my experience. Good thing my field is online marketing and I'm quite experienced with SEO and more, it'll be a breeze for me to bring this to light with potential buyers. Even if the issue isn't resolved, at least the plan is to help prevent someone else from going through the hassle. It's quite obvious they have a bunch of internal issues as its starting to reflect in customer's reviews. I'll be adding more details soon depending on how the situation works out. Until then, do your research.. I'm sure more negatives will be coming soon. (More soon..)

The sales team of Eddie, Karen, and Adam were great. Karen searched until she found a Durango with the option list I wanted. Dealing with Eddie was comfortable and professional at the same time. Adam took the time to explain all the electronic options included in with my new car. I recommend checking out this team when you're in the market for a Dodge or Jeep product.
