I appreciate the comment that Andrew was always very articulate and together for his age. I don't remember how old we were when we hung out but probably late teens early twenties. He was representing the PCV. And he had a powerful feminist analysis of trans & gay male oppression that influences me to this day. He said what he thought and his thoughts were so clear. He left a loving witty and passionately intelligent mark on us in Toronto. Bless you, Andrew.XXXO

at Bruce Lee   How dare you? She is a single mother with a child whose life has always been or felt endangered. I am struck by how caring and strong a mother she is. The whole family has endured a lot of trauma they have not yet had space to process. Tia has to learn something in three weeks that came naturally & easily to us as babies over months and years. Do you understand how difficult it is to watch your child suffer, and to keep it together yourself as a person? I am sure that Tia, her mother and brother have succeeded. As a mother, I admire her.

Story
Introduction
Anarres Natural Health is my wholistic health practice in downtown Toronto, Ontario.

I enjoy working with people who are interested in learning how to heal and who are seeking alternatives to pharmaceutically-driven health care.
I seek to restore mental, physical and spiritual health and natural beauty to my clients through

~ body work

~ energy work

~ hypnotherapy

~ customized products and healing packages

~ spreading DIY healing through workshops

I BRING TO MY PRACTICE A BREADTH OF QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE.

I carry on a family tradition in the healing arts. My grandmother, a nurse, farmer and natural healer, treated diabetes and polio with therapeutic massage and wholistic nutrition, and was recognized as Canada's first physiotherapist. My mother is an internationally recognized health educator and occupational health nurse. In my five years living at the inner city anarchist community, Kathedral B, I added the therapeutic use of herbs and vegan foods to my knowledge of folk and wholistic medicine.

I have an extensive background in physical therapies and the healing arts.
