We're mentoring a group of creative young people as they explore using digital technology in their projects. 21-year-old Hannah has written beautifully about joining the world of digital making as a beginner; we really loved her article, and she agreed for us to publish it as a guest post on our own blog.

It's a wonderful and useful piece, well worth reading and sharing with anyone you know who might not automatically consider digital technology as something they can use in their work.
