Very large property and nice to know it's within city limits to get fresh produce on a weekly basis. Lots of chickens and ducks with fresh farm eggs. Property was beautiful and full of growing veggies and flowers....A lil hidden gem in Austin!! I recommend visiting....take some time to walk the grounds and see what they have to offer!!

Urban Farms are a new thing it seems. I like the idea and concept. The owners talked about how Springdale Farms came to be. I land and animals look well cared for and the owners definitely know what they are talking about. I want to go by and get some more fresh produce. :)

Came here for a Google event. Very cool urban farm. Extremely welcoming people producing local and completely organic produce. They sell their freshly picked produce on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Go check them out.

Locally grown vegetables, a farm full of chicken, ducks, and goats, and frequent live music events, what's not to like about Springdale Farm? The owners Glenn and Paula Foore are very knowledgeable and willing to educate us on sustainable garden farming. Springdale Farm encourages you to learn about food farming and they even have an indoor farm stand with seasonal foods. They sell their produce every Wednesday and Saturday from 9am - 1pm.

So cool that this little gem is hidden over here in East Austin. The owner is so nice and very willing to share his vast knowledge about urban farming. We had a wonderful time learning about all the awesome fresh produce that comes from this place.

Came here for dinner and loved it. Great atmosphere and great food. What more can you ask for?
