Gave them one extra point due to holiday madness, but retrieving my car tonight was, to say the least, painful. Let me list the pain points in order: 1) Arrived at pick-up point at 9:50, first bus arrived about 10:05. Others near me had arrived 5-10 minutes before me. Needless to say, the bus was full quickly, much to the consternation of those still waiting. 2) When we got to the lot, there was some confusion on the driver's part as to where cars were actually parked. 3) Once I got to my car, I was barely able to squeeze into the driver's door. A little tight on the spacing. However, I was blocked behind by one car, maybe a second. My driver said they would send someone over shortly. 4) Five minutes later, another van arrives in my row with a full load of people. The driver jumps out of the van, and moves the WRONG car. After a few minutes of my fruitlessly attempting to get out of my spot, he goes and gets the key to the other car. 5) Took a little maneuvering, but I managed to get my car clear of my space. Waited while the other blocking cars were moved back to their original spot. 6) At this point, things went from bad to ridiculous. The van, that was at the end of the aisle, decided that he was moving FORWARD, blocking me. So, I had the pleasure of backing my car up about 30 car lengths, being careful not to ding anyone on the way/ 7) Once I cleared the row, I got to the pay gate, to find that there was ONE LINE open, with cars in front of me. The "EzPay" lane was not open, so I had to wait while the regular payers got their credit cards processed so I could get to the gate, put my card in, and get the hell out. I don't think the cashier heard the rather salty language reply to his "have a nice day" greeting. Needless to say, I will be looking long and hard at other parking options in and around SFO the next time I take a flight. Nothing about their "Frequent Parker Club" made the experience less than root-canal painful!
