Lisa Noble: Eunice at the front desk could use some customer service classes. She is unhappy, disrespectful and impatient with anyone who enters the office. She is always like this.. we have been patients of Dr Franklin for over a year, but today we witnessed a sweet older lady try to use the Keurig machine while she waited and water went everywhere. I jumped up to assist her and water went everywhere again. The woman went to ask if the machine was broken and Eunice huffed into the waiting room and said it was probably user error - loud for everyone in the waiting room to hear... the lady was so embarrassed! Dr Franklin and his medical staff are professional and very thorough- once you make it past Eunice you won’t be disappointed!
