I did a bit of tidying up on my personal website ahead of some announcements in the autumn. Take a look if you haven't before.

Today was my first day with PEEK Project. I'll be dropping in on almost all their locations around Glasgow through the summer, adding a bit of cartoon fun to the proceedings. They're a great organisation making a big difference for hundreds of children every day.

I spoke with Tim at the Working Comics podcast about formative years, time spent with cartoonist organisations and heroes whose work I admire. If you want a ponderously detailed account of how circumstance shaped a vaguely neoliberal schoolboy who liked drawing funny animals into a lefty human rights activist, fill your boots.

After some time off and a trip round the world I'm finally unpacking, literally and figuratively. I wrote a blog post about some of the cartoon highlights here. Needless to say I'm now back and very much available for work if anyone's interested!

Cartooning For Peace have released an exhaustive overview on the state of play for cartoonists working in the world's regions most hostile to free expression and includes a report from me on behalf of CRNI covering the case of Eaten Fish, still trapped in Australia's disgusting "regional processing centre" on Manus Island, PNG. Document is available in French and English.
