The miracle of extra virgin olive oil.

The extra virgin olive oil is the food has more nutritional properties and base to conduct a proper diet. But the miracle of the oil is not there, but "take 25 milliliters at breakfast reduces by 34 percent the chance of developing breast cancer." This was confirmed yesterday avilesino Jesus Bernardo nutritionist and chef José Antonio Alonso in the talk "The fundamentals of good nutrition", organized by the Club NEW SPAIN in the Municipal House of Culture. In this regard, experts warn that you should only consume the oil packed in opaque containers rather than plastic bottles because "is sensitive". Also, the speakers noted that when the oil reaches its critical temperature-210 degrees Celsius if olive and 180, in the case of sunflower-, it is thrown, since it can be toxic to the treated oil gradient.

In addition, experts also insisted that when trying to lose weight there must always remember that the most important thing is health. Therefore warned that forget to fad diets, causing many diseases. "All scientific communities have stated that these diets are quite harmful; produce cancers, hormonal disturbances ..." said Bernardo. "Food is to feel good and be healthy and not sick," he added. At this point, "how to eat" is fundamental. "Nutrition should be a preventive and not curative," said Jesus Bernardo nutritionist. To do so, experts influenced the need to act since childhood. "There should be a subject of nutrition, because otherwise we will have this problem forever," said the cook and innkeeper José Antonio Alonso. Moreover, "if you act from the base, the health of this country would be much cheaper," said Bernardo. Therefore, good nutrition is a task for all.

For experts, the best diet is the Mediterranean. However, "people only know his name, they know not what they have to eat»
