Do you still have your receipt? If so, could you tell me the check number listed as well as the exact date and time you dined with us? If you do not have it, could you tell me all of the items ordered as well as the number of members in your party and name placed for your reservation? All of this information will help us to investigate the issues you have brought to our attention.
