I had 3 executives stay overnight on 12/10/2013 and the hotel was horrible. The light fixtures in one room were hanging down, another room the toilet seat was hanging off the toilet. The entire hotel needs basic maintane work done on it and needs to be updated. I am so embarrassed that I booked this hotel for our executives. We have used Best Western for business and personal us, but will think twice about using them again. The only thing good they had to say was the hotel staff were very nice.

The clerks at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. I got a single room and I was very satisfied. Always got my room serviced, and the overall quality of everything in the room was very good. The breakfast/lunch place was a little small though. The location is great for tourists, but as far as being close to places to shop or for food--not so much. One of the cheaper places to stay in New York. Overall a very nice stay.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but it sure is a nice and cozy place to stay in Downtown, NY. The room was clean and spacious, the clerk at the front desk was extraordinarily nice, and the staff was very helpful.

Stayed there at Xmas last year - after staying in numerous shoeboxes around Manhattan, this place gave us heaps of space in the room to unwind. Top service as well, very nice staff.

the hotel is honestly not very nice, and the prices used to be more reasonable, but now the rooms are very expensive considering the quality of the hotel. only paying for location.
