An update on the drop shadows for #MaterialDesign.

Since last switched from using layout margins to internal padding to make sure the shadow is not clipped.

As a side effect the click area is larger as well.

I also added drop shadows to the menu and dialog buttons.

The poll ended with no clear winner. However the +FX-602P Simulator poll did have a clear winner, 76% for the old icon, and for the benefit of those who install both programs I change to the the old icon as well

Those who participated in beta testing will get a new version this evening.

There is also a bunch of new functions to test. Most notably a new share function which allows you to share a program by E-Mail or social media (for the later you need to save with RSSAVE). For example for bug reports.
