I would give this ZERO stars if I could. The manager (I presumed him to be the manager since he was elderly and bossing everyone around) was RUDE beyond belief. He acted disgruntled to the people ahead of me in line; I hadn't heard the full conversation, so I didn't judge their encounter. I came in to play with one other person and the manager rudely told me I had to come in the evening. There were ATLEAST 4-6 open lanes, as it was early afternoon on a tuesday and no leagues were playing. I asked what the rate would be to play during the day and he yelled at me to come back in the evening because I didn't have enough people for a lane. He also gave me prices that weren't correct (there's sheets that say the prices, and what he told me as $12 more than the listed price). I'm not saying I won't come back to this alley, but I hope I do not encounter this awful man again.

Sat for 15 minutes waiting for service after we already told them the ball return was not working and our time ran out. Then when we handed in our shoes the guy said we shouldve reminded him. Smh

Horrible, horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE Staff. Totally ruined a birthday party. I would not recommend this dump to anyone.

I have been going to Belmark for about 6 years now and it is a night and day difference. The new management has done a lot of great things to the center. The old seats and cluttered approach area is totally new, there is a new sound system (which streams satellite radio most of the time) and they updated the really out-dated computer system at the counter (which means they finally take credit cards). Right now, they have great all-you-can-bowl specials on Monday, Tuesday and Friday night. Drinks are reasonably priced and they are a great place to work with if you ever need to have a work event (we have now had 2 there in the last year). Don't forget that there is also Karaoke in the bar on Fridays and Saturdays right now as well. I vote to give them a chance. The new changes are great!

Used house shoes to bowl. I think it's time for new ones. Mine had no slip or they mop the lanes with pine tar. Asked the staff if they could help. They really care less. Being behind the counter is not supposed to be a wall from dealing with guests. They want really nothing to do with any interaction. "Oh well. Whatever." Now we both have same attitude about being there.

Our department has used held an annual event for the past two years here. The staff have gone out of their way each time to make it a great day for us. The food was terrific each year and we will be back again next year.

We always enjoy ourselves at Belmark Lanes. The staff is kind and helpful. We had our daughter's birthday party there a couple of years ago and had a great experience.I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I decided to give my basketball team a party at BelMark Lanes. I wouldn't say that all was a mistake, but most. The service I received as a paying customer was unbelievable. I was being force to pay for more that I had in my party. My husband actually had to stand there with the boss, who by the way was the one over charging us, and literally count everyone is our party that were bowling. Not only was his counting off, but apparently, his vision was too. I was told that the parents who brought their kids, were eating the 4 pizzas that were part of the unlimited package. His idea of unlimited was to give everyone 2 slices of pizza each. I explain, that if that were the rules, you shouldn't call it UNLIMITED. The guys at the front desk was very nice. The cook was wonderful. For it to be a party, he had to not only feed the party, but everyone else around who order food. Excellent job to the cook. If you would like to have a party at BelMark Lanes, make sure that you get all the information before booking.
