Our newborn sons (he was 2 days old) first doc appt was for 11am, we weren't seen until 2pm....then we waited another half hour in the exam room. There were only 2 other kids in waiting area when we got there and only saw one kid come out while we were there. I don't know what they were doing back there. The staff practically ignores you. I have been calling to try to make an appt and also get my son's prescription for the last couple weeks and no one ever answers the phone and I leave a message but no one ever calls back. their text message and online system are a great idea in theory but it doesn't really work. All in all the doc is super nice, but we are just fed up with the office. Going to be switching asap.

has really great reviews so I decided to give her a shot after I had my child in June. She was ok but we waited over 3 hours at both visits to her office. I cannot believe I didn't change after the first visit. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy sitting in a waiting room with screaming kids for HOURS AND HOURS.
