Just read it!
The original headline was, "User Experience Becomes the Customer Experience." It's a series to introduce decision makers to the importance of UX and its principles in how companies approach new channels...right now, companies take a technology first approach and I believe its deteriorating the brand and the overall experience.

If you're in UX, would love to hear from you...need to make sure that the series stays true.

With "frictionless sharing" comes concerns over privacy. Add to that Nik's recent post about embedded cookies, people are raising issues (some are panicking) and all of this eerily reminds me of the Facebook Beacon fiasco. What are your thoughts?

om nåt år så är det ingen som tänker på det här...
In this article by the NY Times about Spotify requiring a Facebook account for new users, I noticed this part: "MOG ... will also require new users to log in with Facebook, said David Hyman, the company’s chief executive."

Does that mean that no one can join MOG without a Facebook account? I went to MOG and didn't see a way to sign up other than through Facebook.

Google Hangouts fungerade helt ok efter lite moddande. Jämfört med Skype så känns det mer som en fredagskvällsprodukt tillsammans med polarna och kanske inget man direkt jobbar i. Men Hangouts kommer med all säkerhet att utvecklas..
