This was the best car buying experience i ever had! Jahmal was Very detailed and concise, in asking me what type of vehicle i was looking to purchase for my family. I explain allll the features that i wanted, told him the down payment i was working with,aand what type of care payment i could handle and he did beyond my expectations! I Was able to buy a beautiful 2013 Chrysler town and country with all the features i wanted and more with the down payment and my car payment was lower than what i expected to pay. when i went to pick it up everything went so smoothly i could not be leave how good and confident i making this purchase and i know it was because of his service and how warm and friendly everyone else was too. awesome experience!

Service dept was great. Fit me in at the last minute and saved our trip. They were very friendly and had a nice waiting area with cool drinks.

My experiance was very good. My salesman Dennis Morrow did a fine job of showing me the cars I was interested in and made sure all componets were with the vehicle. My 2013 certified Chevy Cruze LT is the best car I have ever owned. I get around 40mpg highway. Wow, this will help on vacation. My finance person was Kelly Grody. She went well beyond to make sure I got into the car and have the nessisary protections on the car and the loan. Thank you

Bad Service Experience. Went in for an oil consumption test, next thing i know they are telling me that my truck needs almost $2500 in repairs which (of course)are not covered under my warranty. They also broke my interior door handle, but wrote on the service order that it was broke upon inspection, which it was not. They said that I needed a new water pump because the bearing were bad and that it wiggled when they checked it. I now have a loud chirping noise coming from the pump that was not happening until they checked it. They also said that my rear break shoes needed to be replaced and that it would cost $375. I took my truck to a local repair shop and had the shoes replaced for $80. Jeff Schmidt wanted $545 to replace the water pump and i got a quote for $150 from the same shop. I have more problems after they (Schmidt) looked at my truck than I did before they looked at it.

If your in the market for a Pre-Owned car or truck make Jeff Schmitt your first stop.... Dennis Morrow at the Pre-Owned lot is the best of the best when it comes to finding the car or truck that will meet the expectations of your daily lifestyle... he doesn't pressure you at all and lets you decide... he will get you the best price and makes sure your comfortable!!!! Then Kelly and the finance team will make sure you get the best possible rate around at the term you want!!!!! Check them out!!! Make them your first stop, wish I would have I wouldn't have spent an entire day getting pushy salesman from other dealerships.. but i'm glad.. they pushed me to the right place... Jeff Schmitt... make sure you ask for Dennis Morrow!!!!!

Used the body shop for insurance work. They did a great job, but the subcontracted glass guy missed a few things. Bill, the body shop manager, followed up to ensure everything got fixed. I'd use them again if I was paying out of pocket
