I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Impala. In all honesty, I've never had a shopping experience quite like this one. And I mean this in a positive way. The staff was friendly and courteous. I felt very much at ease. Everything was explained in detail in a way that I could understand. That left me with few questions to ask and a great appreciation for the knowledge of the sales staff. I've purchased several cars in the past, but this purchase was easily the best experience I've had. Keep up the great work.

Would give less than one star if possible. I took my car in for service at Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet in Miamisburg, was quoted an estimate for the work to be performed but when I arrived to pick the car up, it was $175.00 MORE than the original quote. When I complained, the Service Director, Clay Alsup, offered me cheap a oil change for my time and trouble. I get burned for $175, and they offer me a $35 service. No wonder they're making money! I guess they're still making up for the losses that a senior Jeff Schmitt manager stole. Makes me miss Sara Chevrolet that was once in that location. They actually treated their customers with respect.

if you don't have great credit you absolutely need a co signer but they don't mention that, then they give you the ring around the rosey wont answer phones then the salesman is "busy with s costumer" for hours. scam artists basically and lies. Nice ppl while youre in their faces though.

I was treated very well at the time of sale, but after I signed my paperwork, the customer service went from, excellent to very poor, I thought I chose a great car dealership. Turned out I chose a dealership that only has great service before you actually ride off the lot.

the best buying experience that you could ask for the staff especially JP. Morgan was fantastic, my wife and i went there hoping to get a used car for our family, well we did better than that we walked out with a brand new car and it has been the best. we walked in told them what we were looking for, what our down payment was , and what our payments would have to be, and they worked with us and just did a fantastic job. i would recommend Jeff Schmitt Chevrolet to anyone that wants to have a very pleasant car buying experience. thanks again to the JP. Morgan and the entire staff at Jeff Schmitt, you are all the bomb. you have won my loyalty, and i will be back.

I would give it ZERO STARS if they would let me.. My story starts out like this.. I'm looking for a nice, lightly used 4x4 farm truck from their facility, granted I had loads of other offers, My salesman *Protecting his identity as this wasn't his fault let's just call him Bob* So Bob was very diligent at finding me what I was asking for and on January 29th he said they had a nice one with a little higher miles on it and it's everything I was looking for and they were running it through "Service," you'll understand why I put that department in quotations in a little bit. Friday, January 30 rolls around and Bob says that my truck is getting out of detail and "service" and it was able to be test driven that day. I went to the dealer to test drive it and it ran fine for the block or two that I ran it. Now this is my first vehicle purchase, let alone a truck, so I thought that much of a test drive would have been fine. We go back and Bob hooks me up with Nick Markoff, not protecting him, and we settle on a deal where I'm buying this vehicle and I have an implied guarantee that it will not cause any major issues after driving off the lot. After talking to the finance lady and getting approved it was time to take my "new to me" truck home and no more than 5 miles down the road my service engine light came on, ABS light and Parking Brake light come on. Surely this was an overlook on the "Service Department" as I told my salesman Bob the next day he told me to bring it in to "Service" to have it looked at further. Monday rolls around and I did, except they didn't have any openings so I had to drive back on Tuesday after making one. I make an appointment for 7:30 AM the earliest I could and I am stuck there until 12 PM with no word as to what is wrong with my truck. I decided to have them give me a loaner until its fixed and Bob gave me a car with no gas and oil change light on.. Guys this dealership is a joke.. Back to my "Service" problem.. Well Nick gave me a callback stating that they have fixed the EBCM switch for me and thinks that I should be grateful as it was overlooked by the "service" department that OK'd it for sale and on top of that I find out that two (2) of my engine valves are severely misfiring and could cause my engine to stall at speeds over 50 miles per hour.. Needless to say I was FURIOUS! After paying what I thought a VERY high price for a 14 year old vehicle, only to find out that the engine needs to be replaced and that the Dealership, JEFF SCHMIDT, will only cover half of the cost. So on top of my $10,000 truck I now owe them $2,000 extra to replace the engine. I try everything in my power to cancel the deal within the first 5 days of ownership but Nick Markoff and the rest of the Managers there don't give a shit about a customer after the sale is made. Wouldn't respond to my emails and didn't think that what they did should be covered by them, when I could have gone to ANY corner car shop and bought a truck for a quarter of the cost and still not be as butt hurt about buying a new engine.. Save your time and money and DO NOT shop here!! They only care about you until you sign those papers.. then anything that happens is on you.. As the great Nick Markoff said: "We can't Possibly Guarantee every vehicle that goes out, they are machines, and machines break." Way to hide behind your logic as a destroyer of lives.. Now I have a vehicle that I owe $10,000 on and it won't even start to leave my house.. I now need it towed to a mechanic.. All this is due to JEFF SCHMIDT's "SERVICE" DEPARTMENT not looking over their vehicles before turning around and selling them. If you made it this far thank you for reading my review.. If the car is sold AS-IS, buyer beware, as anything that happens to it the SECOND you leave the lot it's likely all on you..
