Somewhat spacious for a South Kensington hotel, but still very "European" and somewhat spartan. When I was there, none of the staff seemed to speak English (the hotel seems to be managed by a Spanish company. Their full English breakfast was a little odd, with a Spanish flair (including tortillas de patatas, for example). Easy walking distance to Hyde Park or the Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall.

Best fried fish ever! If you left hungry, there's something wrong with you, because they have a huge salad bar that comes with the meal, and the all you can eat fish is $17.95.

Been here for a couple of children's plays, a White Christmas movie sing-along, and a Little Mermaid sing-along. They always seem to have goodie bags for the kids, including little items to use during the sing-alongs. Only drawback I can think of is that their popcorn and concession prices are a bit high. But they do offer Zingerman's brownies!

Love their food here, especially the Gang Mussumun curry, the pad thai, and the golden chicken rolls. However, the wait here has become unreasonably long. If you call around 5pm for carryout they sometimes will tell you it will be ready by 7:30!!! We went in once with my 5-year-old daughter at 6pm, hoping to be done by 7:45 to get her home in time for her normal bedtime, but we weren't even served our entrees until 7:30. Ridiculous. While I love the food, if they don't get better about the time, they will lose customers. As it is, we have forgone dinner there at least 3 times because of the expected wait, which means they lost three customers those nights. Frustrating. If you can manage the wait, it's good. But is any wait that long really worth it?
