WOW! What a waste of money. I will never go back. First off. 15.00 dollars for 3 tiny pieces of fish, soggy french fries, 4 oz. of coleslaw and 2 tiny hush puppies. Granted, I got it go, but I only live 1.5 miles away, so it didn't take me long to get home. The batter literally fell off the fish as I was dipping it in my tartar sauce. horrible. I found my self using a fork to pick pieces of fish out my tartar sauce. I'm sorry to bash this place but it sucked. The hush puppies were tasty, but you only got 2.

Wow! First of all, let me start off by saying: DO NOT get turned off by the fact that this place is 'only' Fish and Chips. Because this is not the case. If you love fish and chips, well this place is for you. If you don't care for fish and chips, there are other things on the menu that you can try. All the food is gluten free and the oil that they use to fry the food - makes the food super light, and not oily at all. I normally eat the blooming onion at Outback Steak House, but upon trying Lay Joe's flowering onion, I realized that Outback's Blooming onion sucks! The seasoning fries that came with my all-you-can-eat fried shrimp was amazing! Super tasty. The fried shrimp was really good and fresh. Our table also ordered the fried clams, and the all-you can-eat fried fish, and Lazy Joe's himself allowed for us to share and try each item. The tartar sauce used for the fish is amazing, but if you're like me and prefer malt vinegar, they have that avaiable too. When ordering the all-can-eat fish, there were three choices. Haddick, Cod, or Catfish. Order the haddick - the taste of the haddock is the best. Not too dry or flaky. The catfish is super juicy but can be a little bland. The service was wonderful! Lazy joe's himself was there to cook our food as we ordered it. It is as fesh as it gets. He really knows his stuff explaining which region the clams and shrimp came from. The staff was friendly and acommodating. The place felt, upon entering, small and alittle warm. Even though this place was packed, the food didn't take long to make at all. Even for all-you-can-eat. Even though the location is a little bit hard to find, and really far from where I'm at, I would definitely recommend everyone to cone out and try this place.

Well to tell the truth I never got to try the food because the service was terrible.I place an to go order and the young man went in the back area for several minutes only to return with his prep work . O.K. He went into the area again this time with sweet potato fries i had order and placed mind you by the fryer. At this time a couple had wandered in and placed an order...I won't bore you with the rest.Lets just say First impressions go a long way and I won't be back.

This is the second time I have been to Lazy Joe's I was disappointed the first time but decided to give it a second try.... It was a complete waste of my money and time!!! I ordered the two soft shell crabs with fries and hush puppies $14 bucks with tax $16 and change so about $17 bucks for a handful of fries and two hush puppies about the size of a large marble not a golf ball but a marble. As for the soft shell, it was a waste, completely flavorless not even any Old Bay sprinkled over the top. The soft shell was no more than FOUR inches across from side to side NOT front to back but at its longest points! I'm a grown man with a grown man appetite for $14 bucks I expect a decent meal, this was embarrassing, the fact that I spent $14 bucks on a meal that at best was worth $8 from a sh*ty food truck. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed to serve soft shell crabs at that price of that quality!!! If your going to sacrifice quality just to say that your place serves a particular item than I understand why Lazy joes is not a busy restaurant. This was an absolute waste of money, I dont think I have ever been to a place that claims to have such great food and been such an enormous dissappointment. Do not waste your time unless your looking for a handful of good fries and two marble sized hush puppies, cause those were tastey but not $14 worth! The crab shouldnt even be served absolutely never returning!!!!!!!! They say that if you have a great experience at any business you tell a few people, but if you have a terrible one you will tell everyone... I will be running out of breathe telling folks to stay away!

It's a little hole in the wall, but that's part of its charm. The staff there is very friendly -- I believe everyone who was working when I went is an owner. Food was good. It was nice to see someone using nothing but gluten free batter, which is why I went to try it...that and I haven't had fish n chips in over 10 years. Good food, and I didn't leave feeling like I'd eaten a puddle of grease (how I usually feel if I eat fried food). I will be back!

The Cod Fish and Chips was yummy. The coleslaw not so much. Also the seasoned fries were tasty but soggy. I would go there again, it is a good value and portion sizes are good.
