Debra Ratliff: Our company contacted Terry earlier this year inquiring about their services. We have a Konica MInolta (an older machine) that was going to be done with our maintanence agreement in a few months. I recived great information from Terry and felt confident he and his company could service our needs. At about 7 months later I contacted Terry and he did not disappoint. I let him know what was going on and he had a service technician come the same day. Our tech was wonderful, patient, kind and knowledgeable! He took his time to listen to what was going on and found various issues, which he addressed all of them. On top of that after the service technician left he called back to see that everything was still working properly after his visit and to see if we needed anything else. So, talk about wonderful customer service!! Our company will definitely continue using Copier Repair Service of Austin.
Daniel Madera: We have two machines at our construction site office. Every time we have any issue with either of them, Terry and his guys respond immediately. Recently we had problems with both simultaneously, and even though one is a Canon and the other a Kyocera, CPS's knowledgeable staff came out the same day of the call, and returned the next when a part we needed came in. Their service is much appreciated and highly recommended!
