Did you know the Micronic TPE Push Caps are our most popular sealing product?

In addition to our current TPE Push Caps, which are manufactured from medical approved material (USP Class VI certificate), Micronic now launches the TPE Push Caps RB in a Capcluster-96 and Capband-8 format. Since the raw material used for the TPE Push Caps RB does not have to meet the medical grade standards, this product is a highly cost effective solution for most research applications.

The National Clinical Cytology Biobank at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm (Sweden) has invested in 2D coded sample storage tubes and sample handling equipment from Micronic to provide traceable, high integrity storage of its valuable gynaecological cell samples.

Nasrin Perskvist, National Coordinator and Director of the Clinical Cytology Biobank, commented “We chose Micronic because of their compatibility with liquid handling robotics, validated ultra-low binding tube properties, highly satisfying split push cap sealing performance, and the assured traceability that their laser etched 1D barcoded rack and 2D coded tubes provide.”
