It's sweltering in Oz and that means sweaty, grimy feeling faces! But I am loving the relief from my Konjac sponge today. Swirling one of these squishy, moist sponges over your skin is divinely refreshing. I recommend grabbing yourself a wet Konjac sponge and using it throughout the day.

Plus, as you wipe away the sweat and dirt, the naturally-alkaline Konjac sponge neutralises the acidity of impurities and oils, restoring a healthy pH balance on your skin. You also don't have to use any lotion to cleanse, so your skin feels light and not clogged.

Keep one in your bag, run under water, and gently swirl over your face. Then of course, let the moisture evaporate naturally from your skin for nature's mini air conditioning effect.

Find more helpful ideas to help care for your skin in hot weather, like a simple Bentonite clay face mask.
