This summer undergrads from universities across the country are coming to Tech to do research with our faculty. Earlier this month (left to right) Lydia Krause, Olivia Meyers, Nellie Ochs and Sahira McIntyre joined Georgia Tech Biology Professor Julia Kubanek in Sapelo Island. Here they sample pore water from a salt marsh to analyze drought conditions.

Introduction
The College of Sciences at Georgia Tech comprises seven schools - Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, and Applied Physiology. The Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing (CEISMC), which works with K-12 schools and teachers in the state of Georgia to improve science and mathematics education, is also a unit of the college.
