#cyberlaw in China aiming to regulate #cybersecurity ruffles feathers as US companies decide to oppose the same on grounds of violating #IPR. Interesting ramifications to follow in this latest tussle , which could shape the growth of #cybersecuritylaw jurisprudence ,not just in China but in the entire world #cybercrime

#cyberlaw  India's biggest cyber security breach is finally being recognized as a catalyst for further action. #cybercrime  has never had such a high profile impact on the Indian economy. In a country where #cybersecurity  breaches are rampant and where under-reporting is the norm of the day, the ATM card scam should hopefully be a wakeup call for all stakeholders. The Great Indian ATM Card cyber security breach scam would be discussed in detail at #cyberlawconf  International Conference on Cyberlaw, Cybercrime & Cybersecurity 17-18th November, 2016 at New Delhi . www.cyberlawcybercrime.com
