Easily the worst Wendy's in the state. It takes 20 minutes to get your food regardless of what you ordered or how busy they are. I can't express enough how slow they are, 20 minutes is the minimum amount of time you'll be waiting for your food. The cashier also has to stop taking orders to make orders because the management has the business skill of a chimp.

Yesterday i came in after church at about 1:00 and the line was very long in the inside and one of your workers he said his name was mark when i asked him he did a terrific job he was making sandwhiches and helping the girl on the front register she said she was new and mark got all the customers out of their and he brought us frosty for are wait he was a great worker and i give him a thumbs up

I got a number 3 meal. It was old, cold and smelled rotten. This is the worst fast food place I have ever eaten at. I should have stuck with another place. Dave would fire every jackass in that place..... Bad bad bad.

My wife and 2 of our sons stopped by at 7:32pm on 01/29/14. We ordered our food and about 5 minutes later we got hot fries and hot sandwiches. But the baked potato was not ready. We decided to start eating our hot food. About 10 minutes later the potato was ready. My wife noticed a mouse dropping on the tray. We immediately stopped eating and notified the "manager". He acted like it was nothing. Never had a concern. We asked for our money back and he REFUSED. He called his boss, the "general manager" and proceeded to lie to the GM that we had already ate all our food. One complete sandwich was gone and the other things were only half gone at best and i said that I would pay for the already eaten sandwich. Remember, my wife found the mouse dropping BEFORE she even opened the baked potato. To cut the story short, the manager call the police on us. Of course, there was nothing they could do. Needless to say we left there half full, out $22 and No one caring. I did take pictures and post to Facebook and alerted KCTV5 news. We left a message for the Health Department but have yet to hear back. I just feel sorry for taking food away from our 2 year old because he didn't understand why he could not eat his food. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS WENDY'S**

This Wendy's sucks! Right by my work, so it's a convenient place to get breakfast or lunch. 3 times in a row I've not gotten what I ordered. This time the bacon was undercooked, the egg was overcooked and couldn't even bite through part of it, and they forgot the potatoes. Never going back here again.

Very slow service. Also multiple times where I was the only car in line at all, and no one would answer the drive thru speaker at all, and had to eat elsewhere.

Been here a few times. They have not once got anything right! The kid that took our order tonight was stoned out of his mind. He stopped during the order and started texting on his cell phone. Bad business! I can't imagine how the management here has a job

I wouldn't recommend going in this way these they have yet to learn what fast foods all about I had to leave and go somewhere else
