It's a day to remember and to honor service to our country. Lt. Col. Brian Stout, director of the ROTC program at UW-Stout, spoke during a Veterans Day event Friday in the Clock Tower Plaza. The program is part of a nationwide roll call at universities. Volunteers are reading names of more than 6,300 U.S. victims of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars; the reading began at 6 a.m. in the plaza and will end about 2:30 p.m. The Ally Center coordinated the event.
