The Service Companies prides ourselves on our dedicated and loyal associates. This Team Member Tuesday, we recognize Abou Diop, a team member at our luxury casino hotel property in Tunica, Mississippi. Last month, Abou found $300 that a guest had dropped between the parking garage and poker room. He turned the money in to security, who returned the money to the guest who had lost it. Our Emerging Leaders program is a management training program designed to give associates the opportunity to train in each department of our company. The six month program includes housekeeping, EVS and stewarding training, and allows participants to grow into management roles once they complete the program.
