5 woofs for being super dog-friendly!! A girlfriend and I had a Saturday brunch date with our furbabies and it was a success. We requested an outside table and it was a piece of cake getting one (they had about 10 tables total). Immediately upon arrival, the server brought out a water bowl for the dogs. At this point, anything negative that they do really couldn't be that bad. (yes, I'm bias). We got a pate plate to share and it was scrumptious. My friend got the egg omelet and I got the duck hash. Both portions were large enough for us to take left-overs home. Prices are decent and they do have a good wine list. I wish they had bottomless mimosas! Minus 1 star for the slow service. Not sure if it's the French way, but both Left Bank locations tend to take FOREVER to get the food, the bill, etc.

Good food, interesting selection with options from the standard (French toast for brunch), to the more unusual (steak tartare). Plenty of options for most any palate. On the pricey side. I didn't care for our particular waiter, but I'd say that's more personal style than anything really off. They made minor mistakes with our order, but it was a large group (12), and issues were quickly corrected.

Menu choices limited but good food and good service. No loans though...

Food is OK but not excellent. This place is overpriced.

Very tasty with the prices to match. If you like posh, it might receive a fifth star from you. Service was mediocre.

Try the happy hour. Best value on Menlo Park.

Owned bythe founder of La Folie in SF. Food is a chunk better than you'd expect of such a place. Atmosphere is always pleasant. Maybe it doesn't quite deserve 5 starts, but it's a very high 4.

Ate here once in February 2015 (on holiday in CA). Hard to recognize the place from some of the reviews. Very good service, delightful ambiance, fine wines and authentic French food (I had the cassoulet). Would certainly go back.
