Who knew there is more than one "talk"?
Rich and Our Grandson Ayden On Our Wedding Day. September 2, 2007. The question blindsided me during an arts-and-crafts session with our grandlittles Ayden and Carly. Rich was telling the kids a ta...

That moment when I knew my anger wasn't about what I thought it was about . . . again.
Elaine and Her Grandfather. January, 2011. I grew up in a home that oozed love. I am pretty sure that if you drove past our house, you could smell affection's sweet aroma from the street. My parent...

Ad lib? Mission focused? Something in between?
Our Wedding Day. September 2, 2007. My dad shook his head as if I had asked him whether he had visited the moon. "What? No! Of course not!" My crazy question was this: When you found out you were g...

Does it challenge you when your adult kids tell you what to do (with respect to their kids)?
Rich and Our Grandson Ayden on Our Wedding Day. September 2, 2007.  One of the oddities of becoming a grandparent is that sometimes, your (adult) children tell you what to do. And sometimes that th...

RSMPT has seen me through rehab after three different orthopedic surgeries along with several courses of treatment to improve my back's function. I could go anywhere. I come here because every staff member is skilled, compassionate, and caring. I recommend RSMPT whenever the opportunity presents itself.

My husband and I stayed here three nights when we traveled to Oregon to attend graduation at the University of Oregon. I could not have improved one little thing. It was really that impeccable. The sense of well-being settled on me the moment we arrived on the property. Every detail of the common areas and our room was intentional and gorgeous. Different matching coffee mugs every morning in our room? Yes. Understated, warm, thoroughly executed style that said, "relax. unwind"? Yes. Charming, knowledgeable hostess? Yes. Privacy respected? Yes. Food that is beyond incredible? Yes, that too. Just go there. Now.
