We went to West Flanders on a recommendation. Took awhile for someone to finally touch our table. We ordered a few pints and an appetizer. Beer came but the app never did. When we ordered food we asked about the appetizer and they said it should be out shortly. Food come out, with the wrong sides, and still no app. Told them to cancel it. We then saw the app on our bill, after finally flagging down our waiter he got it adjusted but we were here for almost an hour and a half. Food was OK and the beer wasn't much better. Pretty disappointed.

If you tout any Belgian leanings you better do three things well; Beer, Moules, and Frites (well, chocolate too, but we'll ignore that for now). I'm pleased to report that West Flanders delivers on all three. To me, a serving of Moules Frites with a glass of Belgian style ale is comfort food. When I come here I feel comfortable.

Loved the atmosphere, and the staff was great. A wide variety on the menu...I had a salad that really hit the spot, and a couple of bites of my boyfriend's flatbread were delicious!

Hi Braden! Thanks for taking the time to give us your thoughts. Would you mind elaborating more, we are not sure what "hippy-ebonics" is :-) We try to make our menu as detailed as possible, listing all the components of a dish and are interested in knowing what would make it easier for you to understand. Feel free to shoot us an email so we can chat more about it. Cheers

8 out of 10 would not smang again. Beer is good enough, but didn't blow this baby's head off. Good location and patio, sure, but pricing is way off for mede's food. Burg's and sammy's are like 13+, mac n cheese about the same, etc. Just another ok wannabe Boulder restaurant blahrp.

I was amazed by the food. I only tried the appetizers (most of them) and salad, and the chef there is incredible. The wings are too die for. The best I have ever had. Crunchy and not greasy at all. The curry mussel are amazing The dates stuffed with cheese were fantastic. The music was nice and not to loud, we still could have a conversation. The service was awesome, very responsive, and great people. I will definitely go again and send people there.

The food and beer were great but the service was terrible. Served the wrong beers, charged us for them, didn't know what was on tap and it took 20 min fro someone to come to the table to wait on us. Waiter seemed completely out of it and took our order twice. Brought us a different tables food. It was just plain bad service
